The Opportunity

As our Level 3 IT Engineer, you will take full ownership of Mazzei’s operational IT environment - re-engineering, stabilising and future-proofing our entire technology landscape.

You’ll work closely with external providers while acting as the primary IT contact for the business, ensuring a high-performing, secure and scalable environment.

This is a genuine opportunity to build, shape and elevate IT capability across the Group.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning and re-engineering Mazzei’s end-to-end operational IT environment

• Leading Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra and Intune ecosystem management

• Driving cloud transformation (on-prem to Azure) and network optimisation

• Implementing security, governance and Essential 8 compliance frameworks

• Managing hardware lifecycle, asset registers and procurement strategy

• Acting as the Level 3 escalation point while improving support SLAs and processes

What You’ll Bring

• Information Science degree or related qualification

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support (ITIL environment)

• 2+ years operating at Level 3 engineer capacity

• Strong Microsoft 365 / Azure capability

• Experience across SD-WAN, device management and cloud environments

• Exposure to IT governance, monitoring and security response

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
