Business Systems Manager
Take full ownership of Mazzei’s applications and help build an IT centre of excellence.

The Opportunity
You’ll take full ownership of Mazzei’s application landscape, acting as a trusted business partner to turn operational requirements into fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions. This role plays a key part in rebuilding IT capability from the ground up and establishing a centre of excellence across systems, integrations and data.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Owning and managing the end-to-end application landscape across the business
Acting as a business analyst and process partner, working closely with stakeholders to understand workflows and system needs
Driving system improvements, automation and scripting to improve efficiency and data quality
Leading application selection, onboarding and rollout projects
Managing integrations, data flows and system performance
Supporting database development and reporting capability
Developing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs and training materials
Working closely with internal IT resources and managed service providers
Your Background
5+ years’ experience in application development, management or solution delivery
Strong Microsoft environment experience
Experience working closely with the business around process, systems and improvement
Hands-on capability across automation, scripting or database development
A can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Strong communication skills and a natural leadership presence
