The Opportunity

You’ll take full ownership of Mazzei’s application landscape, acting as a trusted business partner to turn operational requirements into fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions. This role plays a key part in rebuilding IT capability from the ground up and establishing a centre of excellence across systems, integrations and data.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning and managing the end-to-end application landscape across the business

• Acting as a business analyst and process partner, working closely with stakeholders to understand workflows and system needs

• Driving system improvements, automation and scripting to improve efficiency and data quality

• Leading application selection, onboarding and rollout projects

• Managing integrations, data flows and system performance

• Supporting database development and reporting capability

• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs and training materials

• Working closely with internal IT resources and managed service providers

Your Background

• 5+ years’ experience in application development, management or solution delivery

• Strong Microsoft environment experience

• Experience working closely with the business around process, systems and improvement

• Hands-on capability across automation, scripting or database development

• A can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure

• Strong communication skills and a natural leadership presence
