Join Mazzei Group as a Receptionist, providing a professional front-of-house service and reliable administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of our Hawthorn office.
Mazzei Group is seeking an organised and professional Receptionist to provide a consistent front-of-house experience and deliver reliable administrative support across the business. You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and external partners, ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.
About the Role
In this position, you will:
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service
- Manage incoming calls, emails and visitor inquiries
- Maintain the presentation of reception, meeting rooms, kitchen and shared areas
- Coordinate room bookings, refreshments, catering and visitor access
- Manage mail, couriers, deliveries and office supplies
- Support the Executive Assistant with general administrative tasks
- Follow established office procedures, including opening and closing routines
- Escalate office or building issues as required
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism and Mazzei’s values in all interactions
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house position
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional workspace
- Confidence interacting with staff, contractors, suppliers and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience beneficial
