The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind the rollout of strategic marketing plans across the group. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and wants to make a tangible impact across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and manage marketing plans across Mazzei Group brands, ensuring campaigns are on time, on budget, and on brand.

• Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, PR, print, social, and events.

• Act as brand custodian, maintaining tone, messaging, and visual identity.

• Oversee social media and content calendars, working closely with our content creator to deliver engaging storytelling.

• Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Conduct market research and reporting, providing insights that shape future activity.

• Support business development priorities with quality collateral, events, and communications.

About You

• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Hands-on experience with campaigns, social media management, and reporting tools.

• Detail-oriented, with a focus on brand consistency and quality control.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Creative thinker with a drive to innovate and deliver meaningful results.
